HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
The shipping fee depends on your location. Canadians have the option of $6.50 lettermail shipping for any two items (some exclusions apply like sleepsacks, blankets, adventure sets and some toddler set combos like 4T and 5/6 or 5/6 and 7/8 because they go over the 500 gram weight limit). Canadians also have the option of tracking Expedited shipping at a live rate from Canada Post based on your address. Canadians have the option of FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150.
United States customers have the option of live rate Tracked Packet shipping from Canada Post but we have a free shipping threshold of $150 CAD for US customers as well.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?
The actual shipping time and delivery date may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. You can refer to the standard shipping time below:
- On average, orders usually ship after 2-4 business days from the date the order is placed.
- Lettermail shipping can take anywhere from 2-20 days to arrive. Lettermail is NOT tracked or insured so Stets & Lemmy Co is not liable or responsible for any items that are lost during shipping.
*if you order an instock item while ordering preorder items the in stock item will not ship until all items are in stock to be fulfilled together.
Shipping confirmations will be provided when the items are shipped.

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We do not accept shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

PREORDER?
Stets & Lemmy Co offers preorder on all incoming items as the manufacturing process is approximately 50+ days. All presales will be prioritized on arrival to our warehouse and shipped within 1-3 business days.
*if you order an instock item while ordering preorder items the in stock item will not ship until all items are in stock to be fulfilled together.
