PRE-ORDERS + PRE-SALES
TURNAROUND TIMES AND UPDATES
PRE-ORDERS: Our current TAT is between 12 and 16 weeks from the closing week of the pre-order.
PRE-SALES: The TAT for all Pre-Sales will be stated prior to the drop time. These vary, as the items are already in production.
Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for packaging, once we receive the product.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions are regarding the purchase of items on a Pre-Order/Pre-Sale basis through Stets & Lemmy Co. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your order of any Stets & Lemmy Co Products. By submitting your Pre-Order/Pre-Sale, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
INFORMATION
When placing a Pre-Order/Pre-Sale Order, you must provide certain information, such as your address, contact and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current.
Stets & Lemmy Co shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate or outdated information and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information.
You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped, on our website (under your account) or by sending us an e-mail to STETSANDLEMMYCO@GMAIL.COM
PAYMENTS AND DELAYS
You will be charged when you complete your purchase on our website. If we are unable to fulfill your order before the end of promised TAT, you may request a full refund of the items purchased. If you choose to have your items refunded if the TAT timeframe provided has passed, you may do so by sending us an email to STETSANDLEMMYCO@GMAIL.COM
CHANGES TO ORDER
It is your responsibility to take the timeframe into consideration when choosing sizing. Once an order has been successfully placed, we are unable to make changes to your order.
In the unfortunate event that the TAT timeframe provided has passed, we will accommodate sizing changes. This opportunity will be communicated on our VIP group.
READY TO SELL ITEMS
All "Ready to Ship" items purchased WITH Pre-Order/Pre-Sale items will be shipped when all preorder items are in stock to be fulfilled.
COMBINING PRE-ORDERS
We will combine TWO Pre-Orders or TWO Pre-Sale Orders placed within 14 days of each other when requested. An email MUST be sent to STETSANDLEMMYCO@GMAIL.COM within 48 hours of any additional purchase.
Once we have received and approved your request, we will refund shipping accordingly. Combining items from separate orders could cause delays in shipping. By requesting to combine orders, you acknowledge and accept the information stated above and the delay will not be considered under the PAYMENTS AND DELAYS conditions stated above.
CANCELATION AND REFUNDS
Pre-Orders and Pre-Sales are final, unless otherwise stated through contact with Stets & Lemmy Co. Once items are purchased, through a Pre-Order or Pre-Sale, you cannot cancel them, and they are non-refundable.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
The purchase of the Products is subject to additional terms and conditions provided by Stets & Lemmy Co. including in respect of any software included in the Products or intellectual property embodied in the Products or data collected by the Products.
The current Terms and Conditions of Sale can be found in the footer menu and are subject to change without notice. Your purchase of the Product on a pre-order or pre-sale basis will be subject to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable policies.
