Refund policy

If you notice any defects or flaws in your items, please contact us at stetsandlemmyco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package so we can rectify the problem for you. 

RETURN POLICY:

- New, unworn and in bag items may be returned withing 14 days of purchase. 

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping. 

- You will receive a refund in full minus the original shipping cost.

- Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligable for return or exchange.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size you may email us at stetsandlemmyco@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. (stetsandlemmyco@gmail.com)

- If we have the other size available for exchange we will ask for you to ship your original item back to us and we will ship your new item out once we receive the original. 

- All shipping costs (return & reship) will be the responsibility of the customer.

PARCEL REFUSAL OR RETURN: 

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. We will NOT refund orders that are refused at the post office or returned without authorization. It is your responsibility to retrieve your purchased goods within the timeframe specified by the shipping agent after their attempt to deliver.

If your package is returned to us, without our authorization, you will be responsible for ALL shipping fees, including the return fee. IF we authorize a refund, you will be charged a restocking fee of 10% on your order. A restocking fee of 15% will apply on all seasonal prints.

You must communicate with us within the timeframes mentioned above prior to returning any order fulfilled and shipped by us. It is at our discretion whether or not you are entitled to a refund if your parcel is refused or returned without our authorization.
